Second Hand Uniform
The Second Hand Uniform Shop, located in the Community Room, is operated by volunteers of the Parents and Friends Association (PFA). This service offers parents the opportunity to buy second hand items in good condition for approximately a third of the cost of a new one.

The shop is open during term on the same day as assemblies (fortnightly Fridays) from 2:30pm – 3:10pm.
Families unable to make it into the shop can order any time by emailing PFA a completed form and the order will be filled next time the shop is open and left in the office for collection. Please see below for full instructions.
Families wishing to donate items can drop them into the Second Hand Uniform Shop during open hours, or to the front office at other times. Please note that we can only accept items that are part of the current official uniform (i.e. no department store tracksuit pants, or plain t-shirts with no school logo), and which are freshly laundered and in good condition (no holes or rips, or major stains).
A Facebook buy/swap/sell page was established in 2019 to enable families to buy and sell items directly to each other. Membership of this page is by approval by group admins and all group rules must be adhered to. The group can be found here.
We remain cash only but are happy to hold items in the shop or have them available for collection from the front office at a later time for EFTPOS payment.

Notes for email orders:
- Complete the order form (link top of this page) indicating which uniform items are required.
- Email the completed form to the PFA (pfa@glenkps.vic.edu.au). A PFA volunteer will fill the order from existing stock and leave for collection at the office.
- You will be notified by phone call or email when your order is ready for collection from the office.
- Payment is made at the office upon collection of your items. You can pay in either cash or EFTPOS.
- When collecting your order, you will have the opportunity to check the items that have been selected and leave any you don’t want.
Please note:
- PFA volunteers will choose items based on existing stock. Not all items may be available to fill your order. Second Hand Uniform Shop stock is exclusively made up of donations from our school community. We do not always have all sizes of all items in stock.
- All items are in second hand condition. Please note this may mean some items are marked or worn. The items in the best condition will be selected to fill your order. You have the option to look at the items selected when you pick them up and leave any you don’t want to take.
